Approche innovante de l’évaluation environnementale, sociale, économique et territoriale de filières agroalimentaires territorialisées : Applications à la filière foie gras du Sud-Ouest

Agri-food sectors face multiple challenges and concerns in relation with the different dimensions of sustainable development, comprising environmental, economic and social impacts of agricultural practices, of production processes, of retail and consumption. This article addresses methodologies to assess sustainability criteria based on the findings of the wok conducted on the PGI South West duck foie gras sector in the frame of the ANR research project ACYDU.
